Resizing Images With PS Elements / Clear, Concise Instructions

Blogs or Posts, D's Writing, More Photos, Videos

Finding a Youtube tutorial for PS Elements that is clear and concise is a challenge. I have looked through quite a few and found them to be lacking in one way or another. But, this morning I found a great one. And, in fact, this lady, Karen,  has done many tutorials on different subjects within PS Elements! So the morning is a success. And I’m hoping to learn a lot more.

This morning I learned about resizing photos. It’s really very easy, of course, once you understand what’s happening. And it’s surprising how difficult it can be to share that knowledge. Or maybe it’s just me. Here’s the video.

  1. I had the trial version of Elements, but there were so many possibilities and I had such little training that I never bought the license. I would love to take a class on Photoshop. It’s a powerful tool!

Re your question on bushings: it’s just regular kraft paper. Oil doesn’t dissolve it. You only have problems with it disintegrating if moisture gets in. Which you definitely don’t want in a bushing or a transformer: water + high voltage = bad idea. 🙂

  2. Thanks for the answer about paper and oil Halcyon. I bet there are other applications out there where these two products work together.
